April 1^st SBA Science

8^th and 10^th (make ups April 2^nd & 9^th – 13^th)

Although the 10^th Grade SBA Science is not a part of the HSGQE, and passing is not required for graduation, it is a federal requirement that they take it.

April 6^th Reading

SBA                           7^th – 9^th (make ups April 9th thru April 13^th)
SBA / HSGQE            10^th (no make ups)
HSGQE Retest           11^th & 12^th (no make ups)

April 7^th Writing

SBA                           7^th – 9^th (make ups April 9th thru April 13^th)
SBA / HSGQE            10^th (no make ups)
HSGQE Retest           11^th & 12^th (no make ups)

The HSGQE Writing Retest is for students still needing to pass this section.

April 8^th Math

SBA                           7^th – 9^th (make ups April 9th thru April 13^th)
SBA / HSGQE            10^th (no make ups)
HSGQE Retest           11^th & 12^th (no make ups)

The HSGQE Math Retest is for students still needing to pass this section.

April 9 –13^th SBA Make-ups

7^th – 9^th (any section of the SBA)
10^th (only the SBA Science section)
7^th – 9^th grade students may make up sections of the SBA they may have missed.
10^th grade may only make up the SBA Science section

All testing begins at 8:30 A.M.

The District has assured us that they we will receive HSGQE results for Seniors on April 28, 2010, and parents / students will be notified as soon as possible.  Results for 10-11^th graders will be available on (or soon after) May 21, 2010.  Results will be mailed to parents / guardians.
