The King Cake is a mardi gras dessert tradition. Â A small baby is baked into the cake and it is believed that whoever finds the baby in their piece of cake is the KING of the party and will have good luck for the coming year.
Two of our students, Allison and Lauren have graciously agreed to make King Cakes for the auction. Â We will be selling these by the slice, or if you really want to get lucky-you can buy the whole cake!
