Throughout the country, high school sophomores are preparing for their State local HOBY Leadership S seminars. This spring, over 9,000 students will participate in one of 70 local leadership seminars planned. Â At the culmination of the seminar season, HOBY offers those students who that have attended their state local seminar s the opportunity to come together with students from 15 other countries for our week-long World Leadership Congress (WLC). This program event, available exclusively to students in the summer immediately following their state local HOBY seminar, is a once in a lifetime opportunity for participants to explore their leadership potential, hear from world-renowned speakers and participate in leadership activities and community service projects with their peers from around the world.
