Bartlett Theatre Group presents BEAST & BEAUTY

Bartlett Theatre Group is pleased to present BEAST & BEAUTY. In this timeless romance based on the classic French fairytale, Beauty gives up her freedom for her father and sisters in order to make their destitute lives more comfortable. Forced to live with the Beast in his castle in order to spare the life of her aging father, Beauty must learn to endure the love of the monster.

Join us on November 3rd – 5th at 7pm to witness the transformation of the BEAST by the BEAUTY who softens his heart. Just as we did last year, we would like to provide a free opportunity once again for school groups for a day show.

The FREE showing of BEAST & BEAUTY will be Friday, Nov. 4th at 11:30 am. As we are offering this one-time day performance for FREE, we ask only that you cover the cost of your transportation to and from the event. The play is approximately 90 minutes long. Also, please remember that no food or beverages are allowed in our theatre, so students should eat lunch prior to arrival.

We will have evening performances on November 3rd – 5th at 7:00 pm, which will be open to the entire community. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for students.

Please let Janel Walton at Bartlett High School (or Haley at the office) know if you wish to reserve seats. Additionally, if you are interested in having a question and answer session with the actors after the conclusion of the play, please let them know so that they can accommodate your group. Seats are expected to go quickly as this is a FREE opportunity, so respond as quickly as you can. And, thank you again for supporting Bartlett Theatre Group.

Sincerely,
Janel Walton AP Literature, AP Art History, Acting, Theatre

Financial Aid Night at Steller?

imgresShould all students applying to college or other postsecondary institutions fill out the FAFSA?

Do you know what the CSS Profile is?

What kind of scholarships do colleges offer and how do you apply for them?

How does the cost of out-of-state public universities compare to the cost of private universities?

If you don’t know the answer to these questions and you are headed for college, you may be interested in attending a Financial Aid information night.

Steller has a tentative Financial Aid night for parents and students scheduled for Tuesday October 4th at 6 pm. Please email me by Friday September 30th if you are interested in attending.

FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) opens up October 1 to students attending a postsecondary institution the fall of 2017.
