News from the Nurse – Reading Food Labels

The Nutrition Facts food label gives you information about which nutrients are in the food. Your body needs the right combination of nutrients, such as vitamins, to work properly and grow. The Nutrition Facts food label is printed somewhere on the outside of packaged food, and you usually don’t have to look hard to find it. Fresh food that doesn’t come prepackaged sometimes has nutrition facts, too.

Steller Kitchen Cleanup on Friday 2pm – 4pm

Please help clean the kitchen Friday 2pm – 4pm.
We have scheduled a health inspection for the week before Spring break.

Parts of the kitchen will not pass as they are now.
TOB has taken care of their areas including the sinks and their fridge.
It would be tragic if TOB were shut down just after they are back up and running.

Contact Marla for more information.
