The 9th grade class is in charge of the All School BBQ on Thursday, August 23rd. Danielle and Bob, class sponsors, are looking for a few parent volunteers to help with grilling, food shopping and set-up. Please email if you are able to assist: Sjoden_Danielle@asdk12.org OR Vandergriff_Bob@asdk12.org. The lunch BBQ is from 11:30 to 12:30.
Also, we are looking for three or four 9th grade parents to be our “go to” parents for class activities/responsibilities, such as this year’s auction. It would be great to have a small, core group of parents to reach out to for support and who can organize volunteers when needed. If you’re interested, send us an email.
