Do you know what today is?  3/14  do you know what that means in math?  That’s right 3.14 or the beginning digits for the irrational number pi!  Steller is celebrating “Pi Day” this Friday, March 18th.  We will be giving away free Pie for anyone who can memorize pi out to 10 decimal places.  Think you can memorize more that 10?  There will be a pi memorizing contest and the winner will get a free T-Shirt.  See Jen or Natalie for details and watch for posters in the halls.

Do you have a free 4th hour or 5th hour?  Jen and Natalie are looking for volunteers to help set up or take down for Pi-Day on Friday.  They are also looking for a few students to help out at lunch.  Let Jen or Natalie know if you can help out.

The date to submit peer-taught proposals for next 1st or 2nd quarter is Monday, April 4th.

Students interested in the August intensive trip on the Green River in Utah should attend the meeting today at noon in Ken’s room. See you there.           Ken
