Our Back to School BBQ is this Wednesday evening, 5:30-7:00 pm. Â We are looking forward to a big crowd (and maybe some good weather?) and we still need a LOT more help. Â We especially need people who can come early to start cooking and to set up. Â Please see the volunteer slots below and email me @ beckinak@gmail.com ASAP if you might be able to fill one.
Set Up – 4:30 to 5:30 PM–tables, chairs, (indoor or out), garbage cans & bags, prepping food items in the kitchen and setting food out on the tables.
Grill-Meisters – 4:30 to 7:00 PM ish—grilling hotdogs and burgers starting promptly @ 5:00 PM to get ahead of the hungry masses.  We could also use later shifts.
Table Monitors  – 5:30 to 7:00 PM ish—set-up, cleaning and re-organizing as we go and helping people get their side dishes set out in the right places, removing dishes that are empty, etc.
Runners - 5:30 to 7:00 PM ish—water and lemonade mix, supplies from the Steller kitchen, help with spills, etc.
Clean Up – 7: 00 to 7:30 PM
