Attached you will find notice of an upcoming survey  grades 8-12 will be asked to take.
This is an annual survey provided by the Anchorage School District.  The survey will be administered in the schools on a date that falls between Oct. 6 and Oct.30.  Please read the assessment & Evaluation MEMO for full details.
