ASD MENTORSHIP PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Mentorship Program is designed for juniors and seniors who are seeking an additional academic challenge. This program offers a great opportunity to try a career in a professional environment before investing the time and money in higher education.  The mentorship program also looks great on transcripts and resumes, as well as providing a professional reference.

Students can qualify for the program based their GPA, standardized test scores, teacher recommendations, outstanding leadership, motivation, or community service experience.  Please visit the school district’s website for more information at www.asdk12.org/projects/gifted

Jean Poulsen, Mentorship Coordinator, will be at Steller every Tuesday during lunch. Stop by the Library to learn more about the program. You can also contact Jean via email: poulsen_jean@asdk12.org.
