The Anchorage Folk Festival starts on Thursday, with lots of free workshops and main stage performances at UAA’s Wendy Williamson Auditorium.

Steller students and staff are participating, so don’t miss these shows:

• Sunday, January 22 4 pm and 4:45 pm – Harrison Sturm in Sturm Troupers and Bologna Sandwich

• Thursday, January 26 7 pm – Svetlana in the Russian Folk Dance Group Sudarushka

• Saturday, January 28 3 pm – Katie Scoggin and Mai Wen

• Sunday, January 29 2 pm – Augustine Hardison and Harrison Sturm in the Sundance Kids
