Alaska Business Week (ABW) is now accepting applications for this week-long summer residence program on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus. This program is designed to give high school students hands-on experience in running a company. Students will work directly with business leaders from top Alaska companies, compete with other teams to arrive at a winning strategy for their company, and discover their own leadership skills. Students earn two college credits upon successful completion of the program. The total cost for this program is $475, which includes tuition for two academic credits, fees, room, meals, and program materials. Some scholarships are available on the basis of demonstrated financial need. The application deadline is May 30th. However, applications may be accepted after this date if space remains available.
