8th grade parents,
At pre-registration we had permission slips available for our 8th graders to attend the “8th grade Geo-caching field trip†that will be held on August 22nd from 8:30am-12pm.  Below is a link to the permission slip if you have not had the chance to fill it out and turn it in.  Please have your child bring it with him or her on the first day of school.
We are also in need of a few more parent chaperones. Â Parent chaperones would drive a group of students downtown to walk with them to find Geo-caches; then would return the group to school at noon. Â GPS and Geo-cache experience is not necessary as we will be teaching the students everything they need to know the day prior. Â This is a great opportunity to try out a fun outdoor activity that millions of people participate in all over the world.
