One of the activities for the Fall Cooking Intensive will be learning about brining and smoking salmon. I am asking for salmon donations. If you are dip netting this summer or just getting out to do some fishing, consider catching an extra one for the Cooking Intensive this fall!  Thank you so much!!!  I am looking for sockeye, but any salmon would work for our taste test experiment. We will be comparing dry vs wet brine as well as different smoking glaze recipes! We will publish the results and recipes used on the flash for all to explore :-). Thank you so much!!!!
